If you're looking to get extra cardio in your weekly fitness routine, hoping to complete a training plan, or just need some extra motivation, join us for FIT4MOM Run Club. These 8-week sessions provide training plans, weekly meet-ups, and consistent communication to help you reach your goals.
Our running program is designed for all levels of walkers and runners, from beginning to experienced.
We combine encouragement, accountability, community, and a training plan to empower you to cross that finish line.
Winter Run Club+ $199 Purchase required to enroll
Join us for an 8-week session, training for the Fort Worth Cowtown 5K and 10k.
Tuesdays at 5:30 AM for an indoor weight-training class.
Saturday gatherings at 6:30 AM be group runs with the support and guidance of our Run Club coach.
This Winter Run Club leads up to the Fort Worth Cowtown races. These races are optional and the cost is not covered by FIT4MOM Fort Worth.
All walking and running levels are welcome!
